Fuego means 'Fire' in Spanish. Ideal, because with Bistro Fuego we want to stand for a warm, hospitable and culinary experience. And this in a cozy, atmospheric decor.

Because with 'Fuego' we seamlessly connect with the history of the building as a former cigar factory and fish smokehouse. After all, 'VUUR' was essential for both purposes.
